Shipping & Returns

To request a refund, please email hello@kollajoin.co.uk within 21 days of purchasing.

Use the subject line “RETURN”, followed by your order number.

If more than 21 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund.

If you’ve changed your mind…

For hygiene reasons, your product must be unopened. If the seal has been tampered with after delivery, we will not be able to accept your return.

If your goods arrive faulty or damaged, please describe the issue and attach any relevant photos or videos in your email to hello@kollajoin.co.uk.

We will review your refund request and aim to respond to your email within 1-3 business days.

Once you’ve received a response from us, if the goods are being returned to our warehouse, you’ll have 7 business days to return the goods.

Once we’ve received the goods, we will process the refund which can take up to 14 days.
